After many years of being a vegetarian, I transitioned about 1.5 years ago to a vegan diet and lifestyle. I’ve never felt better. While it’s sometimes challenging, especially when traveling to smaller places, it’s been an interesting journey.

I’ve never liked people who are so convinced about their beliefs that they feel the need to ”convert” others. I do not react well to pushy people, like most of you, and while I do know veganism is right for me at this moment in my life, I also remember I used to eat meat. It was part of a normal life, how I was raised, just like most people in Canada. While I do dream the whole world would become vegan as we could feed so much more people and it would promote compassion towards humans and animals, I’m not going to guilt anybody into doing it. We all are on our own journeys. But if you are interested in trying it out, even if it’s only for one meal, I will gladly share all my favourites recipes with you and even happily cook for you to express my gratitude!

I will be adding new quick and easy recipes on this page as I discover them. My goal being to find new recipes easily adaptable to a life of travel.
